Contract Terms and Conditions
Flat Rates: Your P.O. with
the flat rate consultation fee of $300.00 is required to schedule your project and
initiate the website design and layout. The fee is non-refundable. It is applied to
concept design and consultations.
A Weekly Progress Report delineating items rendered, third party charges and other will be
emailed to you for approval at the end of each week.
Line items not
accepted by you in the Weekly Progress Report will be removed from the web page layout at
that time and not billed.
Line items
carried forward are considered accepted by you for design and final billing.
Your Change
Orders must be in a written format and will be acknowledged with a return email.
Web page
layouts will be available to you to privately view online on my ISP site throughout the
design period.
The creative
content, layout, links, image files and ownership rights will be transferred to you and
uploaded to your host server when payment is received.
The content of
your website and files residing on your host server are owned by you. The content of your
website and files residing in my PC shall be deleted at the termination of our
relationship.
Payment is due
upon invoicing by check, money order or credit card. We invoice via PayPal. Financing
available - conserve cash flow while building the site you need! For information on PayPal

Hourly Rates: Your P.O. with the flat rate consultation
fee of $300.00 is required to schedule your project and initiate the website design and
layout. Hourly fee is based on
incremental charges per portion of the man-hours actually executed, i.e. 127 minutes of
service is billed at $127.00 total, 22 minutes on a task is billed at $22.00 total.
You pay for expertise. I do not charge for errors, researching scripts, learning how to
create or execute a function. That is done on my time. You are charged for results!
An invoice delineating items rendered, man-hours, third party charges and other will be
emailed to you for payment at the completion of the task. Line items not accepted by you
in the invoice will be removed from the web page layout at that time. Line items carried
forward and posted to your site are considered accepted by you.

rate consultation fee of $300.00 is required to schedule your project. Lump sum quotations are offered only when detailed design
specifications and other requirements are delineated within a formal RFP document.
