Website Design Rates-2008

Fixed Price:  Lump sum quotations are offered only when detailed design specifications and other requirements are delineated within a formal RFP document. You may Fedex or email your RFP document directly to me.

Hourly Rate:  Complex corporate online brochures and commercial presentations require frequent client consultation and multiple design permutations to achieve a feature rich, high-end product. Hourly rates will apply to all activities. Recommended for projects with 10 or more pages. If you have an existing website and require upgrading, the hourly rate is applicable and cost-effective.

$300.00 Retainer
$60.00 per hour (aggregate minutes)
3rd party charges are at cost plus 15%.

Flat Rate:  Small businesses can enjoy a custom site with a creative design layout they can grow. I will design an effective start-up site at a per-page flat rate with features and options line itemized for approval. Your initial consultation is at no charge. Upon approval of the project scope and rates, I will execute the design process. Recommended for projects with 1-10 pages.

• $300.00 non-refundable base rate: for 3 local onsite consultations & with unlimited email and telcon transmittals during the design concept and approval process.

• $100.00 per page: for page layout, copy, typing etc. 3rd party charges are at cost plus 15%.

• $12.00 per image: for PSP technical adjustments to images i.e. hue, tone, size, cropping and other, scanning add $2.00 per image.
